Privacy notice

Last updated: 4 November 2026

Aivrix uses the information you share to provide research access, respond to enquiries and manage waitlist and design-partner requests.

Information we collect

Depending on the form, we collect your name, work email, company, role, website, buyer or vendor selection, and the information you choose to include in your enquiry. We also record your contact preferences and when you submitted them.

Email contact and your consent

Providing your email address does not, by itself, subscribe you to ongoing research or promotional emails. When you share your email and explicitly opt in, you authorise Aivrix to contact you for the purpose stated alongside that consent choice.

For an enquiry, waitlist or design-partner request, Aivrix may contact you about the request you submitted, in line with the permission you gave. Research updates, new research and invitations to contribute feedback are sent only when you select the separate research-email option. Expressing design-partner interest allows Aivrix to contact you about participating.

Research-email and design-partner choices on the report access form are optional and unchecked by default. You can access the report without selecting either option.

Unsubscribe or withdraw consent

You can unsubscribe or withdraw your contact consent at any time. Use the unsubscribe option in an email where provided, reply to the message, or use the Contact form on our website, state “Unsubscribe” and include the email address you want removed. Withdrawing consent for research emails does not affect your report access or the lawfulness of earlier processing.

How information is handled

Submissions are stored for Aivrix’s use and are not displayed publicly. We use service providers to operate the website, store submissions and support our services. Information may also be disclosed where required by law. Do not submit passwords, payment details or sensitive guest information.

Cookies and analytics

An essential cookie remembers report access for up to 30 days. With your permission, Google Analytics uses cookies to measure visits, traffic sources and website interactions. Names, email addresses and form answers are not sent to Google Analytics, and advertising features are disabled. You can decline analytics or change your choice through Cookie settings. See Google’s privacy policy for its handling of analytics information.

Retention and your choices

Report access records are retained for up to 12 months after your most recent request, unless ongoing participation or a legal obligation requires longer. Other submissions are retained for as long as needed to handle the request or relationship. A limited record of an unsubscribe request may be retained so that your preference can be respected.

To request access to, correction of or deletion of your information, or to ask a privacy question, use the Contact form on our website. Applicable privacy rights depend on your location.
