How scoring works

The right stack for your restaurant—not the most software.

See the scoring logic

Your location count selects the existing Aivrix size rules: 1–10, 11–50, 51–500 or 501+ locations. Must-have capabilities carry 3 points; relevant good-to-have capabilities carry 1. “Skip” capabilities are excluded. POS, payments and basic finance form the business baseline.

Only a focused set of business capabilities is assessed. Online ordering, delivery, reservations, catering, loyalty categories are assessed when you select a tool in those categories. Selecting a suite does not automatically imply every business channel. Dedicated scheduling is not expected at 10 or fewer locations. Drive-through is never inferred from location count.

Overall score = 20% documented integration compatibility + 80% category fit. Integration checks consider relevant business handoffs between selected vendors, such as POS to accounting or loyalty. Exact catalogue or known-alias listings earn 100; an explicit intermediary listing earns 50; absent evidence earns 0 documented support and is labelled unverified—not incompatible. A listing on one side does not prove two-way sync. With no relevant connections to assess, integration is not applicable and category fit carries the whole score.

Category fit = supported capability points ÷ applicable capability points × 100. A catalogue capability rating of 4–5 earns full credit; 3 earns half; lower or absent evidence earns none. Selected suites can cover capabilities beyond their display category. Buying more overlapping tools earns no extra points.

Tick the capabilities you use each selected vendor for. Vendor utilisation = checked capabilities supported by the catalogue ÷ relevant capabilities that vendor offers, among the four displayed. If a vendor offers three and you use two, its utilisation is 67%. Unsupported checked capabilities are flagged. A category-level skip excludes that category from assessment. Unanswered usage retains the existing catalogue estimate.

You can optionally rate each selected vendor from 1 to 10. Your ratings guide keep/review advice and are shown separately; they do not change the compatibility score. No community benchmarks are claimed.

No follow-up questionnaire is required. Skipped follow-ups are not applicable and do not reduce the score. Missing evidence for an applicable business essential is still a gap. An unlisted vendor is recorded but receives no invented capability credit; basic spreadsheet support can receive partial credit for small-team scheduling or inventory when relevant.

This is a documentation-based compatibility estimate, not a live test or performance audit. Missing integration evidence lowers documented support, not proof of incompatibility. Unlisted tools remain outside the integration score and are disclosed. Catalogue entries do not confirm your purchased modules or configuration. The weights and focused capability set are Aivrix product rules, not industry benchmarks.

Before you decide

This self-assessment is not an audit, certification or guarantee of outcomes. Results estimate potential fit from selected tools and business context. Vendor context comes from an Aivrix catalogue of public-source capability, integration and case-study research; the snapshot has not been independently reverified for this tool. Confirm product, plan, region, pricing and implementation details with vendors.
